Noriko Koshida is a video artist from Tokyo, Japan. Her video works are acutely aware of the medium specificity of video, shot through her unique filming approach with multiple cameras and in simple devices. She is seeking to reveal the essence of video expression through realizing some kind of distortion which is caused to be taken a reality by the camera’s eyes. She also attempts to create new relationship between body and image through collaboration with performers.
